VESSEL TYPE PED Certified, ASME Section VIII, Div 2 code stamped pressure vessel, National Board registered. Hydro-Tested and stamped. SA-723 steel. Rated 10,000 commercial cycles. Other certification also available for Korea, Japan or China. Some countries also accept US ASME.

FURNACE  Standard system always comes with one furnace of choice. All furnace types will plug in and are interchangeable. Additional furnaces of the same or other types may be purchased for use with the system. Available furnaces have sizes like in table above and types are:

  • 1200°C Kanthal (stainless based, used for standard processes and production)
  • 1450°C Molybdenum (clean furnace ready to work partly in air)
  • 2200°C Carbon/Carbon (designed to work upto max temperature but working temperature is 2000-2100)
  • 1400°C C Platinum (special furnace for special purposes)
  • 1900°C Tungsten (special furnace for special purposes)
HEATING RATE Standard furnace rate up to 25 C per minute. Cooling rate varies with temperature, pressure and load, but can be up to 40 C per minute. Typical cool down from maximum rated temperature is approximately 3 hours
CONTROLS Fully automatic, Pentium IV computer controlled with Wonderware In Touch 9.5 graphical interface. Allen-Bradley Compact Logix PLC controller. Computer and 19 inch LCD monitor supplied. Files logged to Excel compatible format

SHIPPING AIP shall crate, prepare and load the unit onto a carrier’s truck. Unit can be shipped air or sea.
